International Initiatives

The goals of the international programs of The YMCAs of Québec are to inform and educate by encouraging local participation of people on international issues. As well, they develop and strengthen partnerships between local and overseas YMCAs.

Some of our international programs include:

  • International partnerships (Honduras, Nicaragua, Haiti, Guatemala, Ecuador)
  • International cooperation programs
  • International exchanges
  • Social forums
  • Peace programs, including the YMCA Peace Medal
