Fitness assessment


A 90-minute session to evaluate various aspects of physical fitness:

  • Body composition (skin-fold measurement using calipers)
  • Aerobic capacity
  • Muscle strength (grip strength)
  • Muscle endurance (push-ups, curl-ups)
  • Flexibility (trunk forward flexion)
  • Muscular power (vertical jumps)

Complete or partial assessment available. Analysis of results and consultation. Re-evaluation after six months upon request.
