A 90-minute session to evaluate various aspects of physical fitness:
- Body composition (skin-fold measurement using calipers)
- Aerobic capacity
- Muscle strength (grip strength)
- Muscle endurance (push-ups, curl-ups)
- Flexibility (trunk forward flexion)
- Muscular power (vertical jumps)
Complete or partial assessment available. Analysis of results and consultation. Re-evaluation after six months upon request.
