The YMCAs of Québec is proud to be part of the Canada-wide YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.

This campaign raises funds to ensure that the children, teens and families who most need our programs and services can have access to them.

Thanks to our generous donors, we can:

• send a child to day camp or overnight camp;
• help a teen find a job;
• give a child the opportunity to participate in a recreational or fitness activity;
• provide a low-income family with access to child care;
• encourage the development of self-esteem in a teen as well as the skills needed to prevent dependencies, violence and isolation.

Your community is home to children, teens and low-income families who want to improve their health and well-being, but don’t have the means to do so. They need your help.
