Olga Chalikias
My involvement with the YMCA dates back to 1998. I started off as a member, and
continued to learn through my various experiences as a volunteer instructor. Today,
I provide a number of services including functional training, specific training,
and pre and post-natal classes. I also work with people who have special needs,
such as people with cancer, heart problems, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson's.
I try and get my clients big and small to see their illness in a positive light.
I am always looking to learn new training techniques and to share them with my clients,
and to try and understand what works best for each one of them.

Mike Gervais
For over ten years I have been working in prevention with youths and adults to provide
them with tools that improve their quality of life. Whether it is for suicide prevention,
long distance running, strength-training, or stress-reduction classes, I find concrete
ways to support my clients, help them set goals, and provide suggestions for them
to be reached. I have participated in 45 marathons and taken part in various Sprint,
Olympic, and Ironman triathlons. I can motivate you and share my knowledge so that
you can benefit from my experience to enrich your own.

My objective is to create a fitness training system aimed at developing the fitness performance and health goals
of those who are ready to commit. In order to achieve high levels of performance, reach your goals, or adopt a
healthy and active lifestyle, you have to be realistic, determined, and you have to persevere. I am a fitness
coach and I work with hundreds of athletes who wish to improve their performances, attain a higher level, or
stay healthy and injury-free. My fitness training system is founded on the scientific principle that intensity
leads to gains. My philosophy is both incredibly simple and extremely effective. I also believe that one's health
and performance depends on a number of factors such as fitness training, injury management, and the quality of one's
diet. This is why I have a global approach.
I am not merely a power or speed trainer, and I am not simply a trainer
who can increase your strength. If your objectives include losing fat, toning your body, increasing muscle mass,
sculpting your muscles, augmenting your speed or agility, improving your vertical jump, and lifting heavier weights,

Diana Pollard
My experience with different fitness approaches and techniques, coupled with
my over 30 years of experience in the field, has allowed me to work with a
varied client base. I can work with people suffering from chronic illnesses
and conditions as well as those recovering from injury (always
collaborating with their chiropractors, physiotherapists, and other
specialists). Regular exercise can reduce pain, improve mobility and allow
people to enjoy their day to day activities. In addition, I am very happy and
find it very rewarding to get beginners started as well as supporting our
senior population who can very much benefit from regular exercise, the goal
being to stay strong and mobile to enjoy their day to day activities. While
my personalized approach is adapted to the needs of each client, they all
share my common goal; improving their fitness.
