of sharing my own fitness training experience with you. Whether it is through the
use of free weights or the toning ball, I assign exercises that will help you meet
your specific goals. I am also specialized in hypertrophy and in the loss of fat
mass for those who are interested in losing weight or improving muscle definition.
By helping you progress towards more technically advanced exercises, I can help

I have been actively involved in the area of fitness training since 2003. My goal is to ensure that you can
fully enjoy the sports and activities you wish to participate in. The personal attention that I bring will
allow you to continually evolve and discover the benefits of fitness training. With my expertise, you
will integrate optimal sessions into your schedule.
Having taken part in many marathons and half marathons, I can share my knowledge with you, help motivate you,
and have you fully benefit from my experience with running. Whether you wish to achieve results with a
periodization program, or with a personalized fitness, muscle-building, or weight-loss program, I have
the knowledge and the availability to contribute to your goals in a professional manner.
The personalized fitness plans and programs that I develop and supervise with you are safe, effective,
and stimulating. Through cardiovascular exercises, strength or endurance training, fitness exercises,
as well as a balanced diet, you will quickly achieve your goals.
