Triathlon Training

Can you swim 25 metres? Pedal or run at your own pace for 20 minutes? This class will develop your cardiovascular and muscle capacity with a complete workout.

Swim for fitness or for fun. Join us in the Masters Swim Club. Each workout session has a coach who will guide you, motivate you and help you improve your stroke technique and your fitness level.
Cardio Cycle

Cardiovascular conditioning on a studio cycle for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Participants can choose their own resistance level and pedaling rate.
