• Jumping and diving into deep water
• Recovering object in deep water
• Handstands and rolls
• Jumping into deep water and treading for 60 seconds
• Boating and diving safety
• Introduction to resuscitation
• Initial front crawl for 25 metres
• Introduction to back crawl
• Back swim for 25 metres
• Jumping into deep water and swimming 50 metres
