For anyone who wants to do gentle exercises or has recently undergone surgery. This yoga class introduces the benefits of relaxation and the energy boost yoga can provide.

For anyone who wants a gentle workout (seniors, post-natal women or after injury). Low impact aerobic exercises, muscle conditioning, mobility exercises, stretching and relaxation.
Gentle Gymnastics
