For anyone who wants a gentle workout (seniors, post-natal women or after injury). Low impact aerobic exercises, muscle conditioning, mobility exercises, stretching and relaxation.
Gentle Gymnastics

Floor exercise program with or without resistance to develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and agility.
Stretching and Relaxation

To increase the flexibility of the major muscle groups such as the hamstrings, quadriceps, etc. through various stretching and relaxation exercises. These exercises stretch the muscle fibres lengthwise to make the muscle more flexible.
