High and low impact movements. Participants can follow the impact level of their choice. Muscle toning section with or without equipment, stretching and relaxation.

You can do all your cardiovascular and strength training in one class. This class utilizes the principles of work and recovery intervals, high- and low-impact aerobics and resistance training.
