Chindaï with stick

Chindaï is an energetic martial art based on breathing exercises. Your child will learn coordination, breathing, and gain a greater control of body movements in a relaxed environment. He/she will also learn simple techniques with the stick that develop creativity, self-confidence, and concentration.
