Aerobics Plus

Same formula as an aerobics class, but the cardiovascular period is longer. Movements with and without jumps. Choice of impact level. Class includes strength training, stretching, and relaxation.

Benefits: Increases cardiovascular capacity, strength, endurance, flexibility, and weight management. Increases speed, agility, coordination, balance, and posture. Helps improve focus, self-esteem, energy, and stress-management.

You can do all your cardiovascular and strength training in one class. This class utilizes the principles of work and recovery intervals, high- and low-impact aerobics and resistance training.
